Shipping & Pickup Policy
How and where to collect your sacred plants from Devi Sridevi Enterprises.
1. Delivery Model: Self-Pickup Only
Devi Sridevi Enterprises operates strictly on a Self-Pickup Counter Model. We do not provide doorstep delivery or postal parcel shipping.
Living botanical saplings are delicate; shipping them via conventional courier boxes causes dehydration, root distress, and foliage loss. By having devotees collect saplings directly from our local branch counters, we ensure 100% healthy, fresh, and thriving plants.
2. Pickup Locations & Hours
During checkout, you choose your preferred pickup counter. Our distribution counters include: - Gajuwaka Counter: Beside Sri Kanya Theatre, High School Road, Gajuwaka, Visakhapatnam (9:00 AM – 8:00 PM) - Anakapalli Counter: Near RTC Complex, Main Road, Anakapalli (9:00 AM – 7:30 PM) - Dwaraka Nagar Counter: 3rd Lane, Dwaraka Nagar, Visakhapatnam (9:00 AM – 8:00 PM) *(Full directions and active contact numbers for each counter are listed on our Pickup Locations page).*
3. Preparation Timeframe
- Orders are processed and set aside at your chosen counter within 24 to 48 hours of successful online booking. - Once your sapling is ready, our team sends an SMS/Email confirmation, and your order status updates to "Ready for Pickup".
4. Collection Window
- Customers have 7 calendar days from the date the order status becomes "Ready for Pickup" to collect their sapling. - If you are unable to collect within 7 days due to travel or emergency, please notify us via WhatsApp or phone, and our team will happily extend your hold period.
5. What to Bring to the Counter
To ensure smooth and quick collection, please present: - Your Order ID (e.g., DSE-20260915-XXXX), OR - The digital booking confirmation received on SMS or Email.
6. Packaging & Handling Charges
- Saplings are prepared in sturdy nursery polybags ready for replanting. - A single handling charge of ₹99 covers root ball preparation, organic manure enrichment, and counter logistics. There are zero hidden costs or extra counter charges.
